When reporting a bug, it helps to include your iPhone model, the iOS version, the level number, and what happened.

Where is my progress saved?

On your iPhone. The game has no account and no cloud save, so deleting the app also deletes your progress.

I bought something on another device

Open Settings in the game and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account.

Refunds

Payments go through Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
